What is ThetaHealing™?

ThetaHealing™ has been described as an attainable life-altering miracle. It counts as among one of the world’s most effective, versatile and fastest healing modality right now.

Basically, the practitioner goes into a particular meditative state to access the life force of the universe to change any limiting beliefs, teach the body new feelings, and perform physical and emotional healings at all levels of your Being. It is suitable for people of all races, religions and denominations.

ThetaHealing™ is discovered by Vianna Stibal in 1995 when she found a way to cure herself from lymphatic cancer after all conventional and alternative therapies have failed. Theta gets its name from the Theta brainwave, which vibrates at four to seven cycles per second. In this state, you can have easy access to your subconscious and am connected to the creative force of the universe.

Steps in a typical ThetaHealing™ session:
1) First we identify an issue that you are currently facing in your life right now.
2) We identify any limiting subconscious beliefs that are supporting this issue through muscle-testing.
3) I as the practitioner will then enter into a conscious Theta brainwave and command the life force in the universe to change the subconscious limiting beliefs, to install any positive feelings to support the new empowering beliefs, and to remove any originating traumas that cause the limiting beliefs and feelings in the first place.
4) We do this until all the conditions that are supporting your issue have been resolved. When you go back to your daily life, you will discover that the issue no longer exists for you. As a result, your thought, feelings, behavior and habit patterns will all start to shift to this new more empowering identity.

Working with a holistic practitioner

I met Lena through a past-life regression workshop. She also did the Journey with Brandon Bays when Brandon was here in Jun 2008 (I myself went to Australia to do the Journey Intensive in Feb 08). She is also a skillful EFT practitioner. A few weeks ago, I worked with her as part of a healing swap and this is her testimonial of my theta healing:

"I was very impressed by the speed at which my beliefs were being cleared, and I felt the difference both physically and through the muscle testing. Though it was only an hour session, I felt as if I was clearing many sessions' worth of issues, compared to other forms of healing or traditional therapy. Altogether, it was an empowering and profound session for me, and I look forward to receiving more abundance as a result of this wonderful session! Thanks Darius for your skillful facilitation and warm loving guidance! I would highly recommend your services to those who wish to clear issues in a gentle and efficacious way."

Synchronicities....

I worked with a lady, A around 4 months ago. After the session, the changes were so dramatic that her colleague, B noticed the changes in her instantly. For example, A suddenly become very vocal in front of management. B called me and asked to do a session with me. She mentioned that she had a friend C who had very deep-seated issues. Both of them did not in the end get to see me. They found another theta healer. Yesterday, through a twist of fate, I met the both of them again and though I did not know it at the time, I ended up working with C and she had a major clearing up of her issues. When we finally connected the dots, it was amazing how fate brought us together after one full circle.

I can remember another time when another amazing synchronicity happened. It was when I was working with a client at a restaurant. She was working on grief for her sister who passed away 2 years ago... in fact, we realised that that night was her 2nd year anniversary. After I finished the session, her sister's favourite song suddenly came on the radio. It was almost like her sister was there with us at the restaurant. My client looked at me and said that in the past, if she heard this music, she will immediately start crying but after the healing, she's neutral about it.

Testimonials after my theta healing sessions

"I felt Darius to be very intuitive at addressing issues and was very skillful at uncovering deeper underlying issues. He took time to conduct an accurate assessment of the issues involved. I gained a deep insight of my issues, and it definitely empowered me to make a difference in how I approach issues in my life.

I didn't feel a discernible difference right after the session, so I actually wondered if the session truly helped. But the real effects for me happened just the following day! My relationship with someone whom I had a conflict with improved, and I was able to communicate with her without the usual exchange of antagonistic words over next few days. It was wonderful! "

Vyna, Free-Lance Writer, Singapore

“I don’t know how to put it in words. It's like [after the session], it is still the same actions but the way I look and perceive it is so different, with a different state of mind. It’s almost like there was a switch [in mentality], it’s simple and not a struggle at all. Things are moving. I feel more uplifted and fluid.”
L. Lee, Teacher, Singapore

"I was blessed to receive 2 Theta healing sessions with Darius, the first one in person and the other on the phone. I was and still am amazed by the powerful healing energy that I felt during the first session, for whenever he moved into the theta brain wave, I too was immediately brought to that level and went into an altered state of consciousness. I must also comment on how quickly and accurately Darius picked up my thoughts each time...just 2 seconds after I became aware of them floating up from my subconscious mind!! Amazing intuition!

S.M. Yeo, Client, Singapore

“During the session, we spent 15 minutes working on beliefs regarding lower back pain. Miracles of miracles, after we cleared the issues, I could not feel the pain at the lower back anymore. The next day, I went for a run and the pain is totally gone. I even try to put some pressure on the back but there was no pain at all!”
David, Client, Singapore

“I’m more at peace, more focused, more relaxed. Astonishing things are happening to me socially, spiritually and professionally! I am doing things that surprise even myself and that I would never have done in the past. As a result of this, I am more confident, happier, and more positive towards both people and events. I am naturally rejecting unhealthy diet choices and exercising more frequently too. This is just amazing!"
A.Yeo, Civil Servant, Singapore

"After the session working on the fear of heights, I felt the difference immediately. Usually when I go for my class, I have to walk the steep flight of stairs in the Singapore Post centre and I usually hold and walk down the stairs but after the session, I didn't hold the railings and was walking down just like that and there was no phobia. It's really amazing and I have started talking to my friends about it."

F.B, Singapore

“I feel peaceful. And when I saw some really beautiful people, I feel different. [There was] no jealousy and no envy. I feel neutral and just thought of blessing people, even rich people. “

My stay with a monk

Amongst my travels, the 4-day stay with a monk in Malaysia must count as one of the most memorable. I intended to spend the time blissing out and meditating but it was not to be. The initial telephone call to establish contact with the monk promises a place high on a mountain where I will awake to the smell of fresh air.

The first surprise came when my cab reached the place - a small knob of a hill. I asked the cab driver whether he has made a mistake. He shook his head, no. At this point in time, the monk, all smiles, came forward to greet me.

He ushered me to his house where a TV was blaring aloud the latest entertainment. I thought a monk is supposed to take a precept not to indulge in entertainment. Apparently not this monk. The monk would give the excuse "Let's relax by watching some news, we must always be well-informed", when it was always the latest cook show or hosting program that we ended up watching.

Then we fasted for one whole day, or more precisely, 35 hours. I was painfully keeping count. We ended the fast with a huge breakfast of fruits and a big bowl of lime water, hoping to flush out the toxins. It worked its magic wonderfully. I dashed to the toilet seven times in all. At the end of it all, I glanced up at the mirror to admire the shine of my skin from the detoxification... or was that... just sweat?

There was also this time that we recited 8000 times of "om pu long sa". I have no idea what it means, except that it is a mantra of some sort. At the end of 8000 times, he finally told me that I have recited it wrongly and corrected me. But after the subconscious mind have taken 8000 blows of the same message, I kept reverting back to the wrong pronunciation.

Exasperated, he looked at me and said that all the meditation seemed to have made me more stupid. He cited a study with the theory that if you mingled around with stupid people, you will start to take on some of the same characteristics. At this point, I egged him on by saying that I have indeed spent some time earlier working with the intellectually disabled to which he nodded vigorously that it must be that then. At least he kept a distance from me for a while after that.

I told him that I was jobless and he took that to imply that I was there for a free lunch, with breakfast and dinner thrown in for good measure. Intending to make me work for it, I would get called in the midst of my meditation to sweep and mop the floor, mow the grass, clean up the dung of his dogs. To his credit, he worked hard too, just not the part about cleaning the dung. That is for my privilege.

Then there will be pointed remarks about how much the food cost or how much the insect repellent that I was applying cost. On the last day, I finally handed him a red packet, which I have intended to give him from the start. Receiving it with a look of incredulity, he stammered: "But... I thought... you are jobless?"

I have never seen such a sea change in attitude. We were supposed to work later that day, but he said it was fine if I did not have enough time to finish it, they will always be someone else later who can do the job. When the mosquitoes started assaulting us, he generously offered me all the insect repellent and insisted that I used it. And he even cooked my dinner before I left for Singapore. I was slated to go there for six days but cooked up an excuse to leave by four after assessing the situation on the first day.

Emotional health for children

If you are a teacher or an educator, you will probably notice a trend. Children who do well academically are also often the more emotionally balanced ones, while those who do not do well academically also fare poorly in many other areas, including behaviour and attitude. What is the root cause of this?

The simple answer can be summed up in two words, “Emotional Baggage”. It is my experience that children who do poorly both academically and socially in school are often carrying the burden of unprocessed traumatic emotions. If processed properly using the right technique, children can dramatically shift their personality, attitudes, behaviour and even academic results.

There are two parts of the mind, the conscious mind which works in a logical and rational manner, and the subconscious mind, which continues to function without our active intervention and is responsible for our emotions.

Psychologists have determined that the years from 0 – 6 years are critical years in the child’s development. During this period of time, the conscious mind of the child is as yet undeveloped, and so children look to adults for the beliefs they will accept as their own. If a traumatic incident happens during this critical period, the incident can cause lasting damage to the child via the imprint of a limiting belief.

For example, say a child is always scolded “stupid” for doing anything which displeases the parents. This scolding causes unpleasant feelings and the child starts to cry. The parents, outraged, ask the child to shut up. In the process, the child bottles up the feelings which should have been fully felt and released.

Feelings and emotions which are not fully processed stay stuck within the body and the mind, manifesting as blocks to feelings (if in the body) and thinking (if in the mind). At the same time, they may take on the belief “I am stupid” and “I should never cry.” As years pass and more of these blocks are instilled, the child becomes less able to process certain thoughts and feelings, and this may result in poor academics and social skills eventually.

Since it is in the subconscious mind that the trauma resides, it is to the subconscious mind where the release must be made. That is why counselling/ talking/ lecturing/ reasoning/ scolding, which appeals only to the conscious mind, is often unable to reach these deep-seated emotional issues.

Currently, there are methods of resolving these traumas in children. One of the most effective I know is called The Journey for Kids. You can refer to the website at www.thejourney.com. There is currently one practitioner in Singapore, Tay Siang Hui and she can be reached at 94898956 or taysianghui@gmail.com.
